    We are on vacation, we bought it for €30.50 from Aridaia while leaving for Xanthi. Upon arriving in Xanthi, we went to take a measurement and the screen does not turn on at all, while where you put your finger it lights up red. Here begins the hassle! We live in Athens. For a week now I have been trying to find someone to answer the phone at the company and no one picks up. The pharmacy where we bought it told us to send it back and their pharmacy showcase would replace it. This means €15+€15 for the courier back and forth. In the end, we might as well buy it again. A big company cannot have no customer service! If there was a lower rating, I would give it!!
