The rack is designed to attach along the brakes. It must be secured at three points. Two of these are located on the V-Brake screws. The third is on the bolt that is usually found at the top of the fork under the frame head.

All attachments are included. Provision for secure connection. It also has a hole that can be used to mount a front bicycle light or a reflector at the front of the rack.
