Organic strained tomato juice, 100% natural, from certified organic farms in Pieria. Three kilos of fresh, bright red August tomatoes were hand-washed, mashed, strained through cheesecloth, and turned into one kilo of strained tomato juice.

Pasteurization is done at temperatures that do not alter the taste and nutritional elements. A minimum quantity is enough to give unique taste to all dishes!
