How to use a Wall Ball:

  • Select the wall ball with the appropriate weight for you and approach the wall.
  • Hold the ball in front of you at chest height and bring it to touch the wall.
  • With shoulders back, chest out, and feet shoulder-width apart, lower your body into a squat position.
  • Absorb the movement of the ball on its descent and perform the squat movement exactly.
  • Stand up and throw the ball to repeat the above steps.
