    I tested, and it works. In fact I had to realize that this receiver is the same by performance as KK8108T (what I had ordered). The price is also the same. (See my review about KK8108T there.) So I only focus to the minor differences.
    - Built quality is a bit better.
    - Sensitivity and selectivity is about the same (or better with only a hair).
    - The sound has a bit more treble, making it easier to understand (and a bit more annoying at nights). Otherwise natural and beautiful analog sound.
    - It's a bit more noisy on weak stations.
    I can recommend it under the same conditions as its sibling, the KK8108T.
