Cyclops Green Olive Oil

A single variety excellent extra virgin olive oil Cyclops with very low acidity, from the Makri variety, with a unique personality thanks to the microclimate of the area and the soil structure of the estates from which it is harvested in mid-October.

It is characterized by a fruity flavor of medium to high intensity with a strong freshness of green olives and notes of green banana, artichoke, and freshly cut grass.

It is processed within 4-8 hours of harvesting under excellent conditions of oil extraction and cold pressing. On the palate, it is complex and delicate with moderate bitterness and spiciness.

It is recommended to be consumed raw as a finishing touch to all your dishes.
