I ordered this particular watch on 28/8/2025 and it never worked from the moment I received it. I requested a return and it was not accepted with the store's excuse that it was sent in excellent condition. (I believe the product was not checked before shipping). After that, I reapplied for repair or replacement. The courier came and picked it up on 11/9/2025 and yesterday I was informed that it is being returned repaired. You buy a product as new and you get a used one. Draw your own conclusions.....................
Παρήγγειλα το συγκεκριμένο ρολόι στις 28/8/2025 και δεν λειτούργησε ποτέ από την ώρα της παραλαβής. Έκανα αίτημα επιστροφής και δεν έγινε δεκτό με την δικαιολογία του καταστήματος ότι απεστάλη σε άριστη κατάσταση. (Πιστεύω ότι το προιόν δεν ελέγχθηκε πριν την αποστολή). Κατόπιν τούτου έκανα εκ νέου αίτηση για επισκευή ή αντικατάσταση. Ήρθε και το παρέλαβε η Courier στις 11/9/2025 και χθες είχα ενημέρωση ότι επιστρέφεται επισκευασμένο. Αγοράζεις ένα προιόν για καινούργιο και παίρνεις μεταχειρισμένο. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας.....................
