It is written for a 28" wheel, it also states that it is suitable for Trekking and Road bikes on its packaging, but in my case it didn't fit. The plastic doesn't fit under the frame and under the fork to be installed properly. It is attached to the tire and I am using the factory tires. In my Orient My Way bike, I had to cut the plastic and adapt it to a higher position with a makeshift solution, ending up practically with half a fender both in the front and back. Okay, now it will do its job to a large extent, but I also spent two hours modifying the plastic of the fender. I believe that on some bikes with a larger gap between the fork and the tire, it might fit properly. However, when you sell it as universal, it should fit everywhere with minimal modification, especially when it comes to the correct wheel size for which it is purchased. Two stars, because on some bikes it might actually fit perfectly with 6 screws. But for my case, I wouldn't even give it one star.
