To have sufficient hot water, it needs to be on for 1 hour. It doesn't warn you when the hot water runs out; suddenly, in half a minute, it goes from hot to cold. As a boiler, it also didn't perform properly like a previous Elco I had for 20 years. There is no temperature indicator as shown in the picture. Also, several times the thermal switch would trip, resulting in the water heater not working, and I had to go up to the attic to reset the thermal switch. Bought a month ago. Nighttime use. I turned it on at 5:30 in the morning. At 8:30 it was still on, heating the water to about 65 degrees (approximately, it doesn't have gradation).
