The Mavil Global GL 300 boiler is a floor-standing steel boiler that runs on oil or gas. It operates on the RAYOL principle, transferring heat through radiation and convection. Specially designed turbulators in the flue tubes improve heat recovery from the exhaust gases, resulting in a low flue gas outlet temperature and an efficiency of over 90%.
It is horizontal, fire-tube and designed for high back pressure. The sections exposed to the flame are water-cooled, and the insulated door opens from either side. An instrument panel is included.
