• Place the product on the wrist area and secure it using the Velcro strap. Pass the 5 cm wide Velcro strap through the plastic buckle.
• Tighten the strap to the desired degree, being careful not to cause changes in skin color. Secure the strap in place.

Washing Instructions:

• Before washing, stick the Velcro elements on each other.
• Remove the two inserts before washing.
• The product must be washed manually at 30°C.
• Do not use bleach!
• Gentle drying without twisting the product will increase its lifespan.
• It is recommended that the product dry at room temperature without a direct heat source.
• Do not tumble dry!
