Cast iron is susceptible to rust and requires periodic care to develop non-stick properties. In contrast, the cookware in the Odin series is equipped with CERA+ ceramic non-stick coating, which is free from PFOA and PTFE, allowing for healthy cooking with minimal fat.

The innovative honeycomb pattern on the bottom of the cookware provides better fat distribution and increases the cooking area even with very little oil or butter. The small indentations at the bottom of the body hold the fat, preventing it from pooling at the lowest point.
