Good evening, the water heater does not have 4 hooks but 2. And it tells you to put brackets with an angle to support it. We were afraid of the support and we put angles underneath. and not brackets with an angle that they told me at customer service that it needs corner brackets. I searched and there was no store. It has a temperature regulator underneath and you can change it whenever you want. Very good, I have set it to 2 (from what they told me it is 60 degrees) at the 2 dots and for one person the water is not hot. I took a bath and I didn't need to dilute the water, I just washed with warm water, it didn't burn, it was warm. But the water cools quickly, meaning it holds for a few hours and then it cools down.

Also, normally the support lid needs 4 fixing screws since it has 4 holes and they only provide 2 screws. From what I asked at Ariston customer service, it only needs screwing on the cable with these screws and not in the other 2 points. It also has a point with a hole that if the water heater accidentally punctures over time and the water drips down, you can see it. Very clever from the company.
Edit 5/4/2023: I set the thermostat to 3, meaning at the 3 dots (maximum), and I see that it has hot water and the next day it dropped to the 2 dashes and kept the warm water. So, I recommend putting it on 3.
