Mapesil AC is an acetoxy-curing silicone sealant, suitable for sealing glass, ceramic tiles, and anodized aluminum. After priming with the adhesion promoter Primer FD, Mapesil AC can also be used on concrete, wood, metal, painted surfaces, plastic, rubber, etc.

Pure silicone, acetoxy-curing, anti-mold with BioBlock®️ technology, for movements up to 25%.

Characteristics:

  • Movement capability: 25%.
  • Elastic modulus at 100% elongation: 0.35 N/mm2.
  • Shore A hardness: 20.
  • Workability time: 10 minutes.
  • Colors: transparent and 34 colors.
  • EMICODE: EC1 Plus – very low emission.
  • Application: extrusion gun.
  • Consumption: 3.1 m per 300 ml cartridge (10x10 mm bead).
