    After taking 10 capsules in as many days, I conclude that it did not work for me. Its use as a stimulant is nonexistent. I still feel sleepy during midday hours, regardless of how many hours I slept the previous night. I also did not notice any other beneficial property. Money wasted.

    It does exactly what it promises, I have tried many products to give me the energy to do two workouts a day. So far, it is the only one that gives me a lot of good energy as soon as I take it and start my workout. It doesn't do anything else, you don't lose weight or have more strength. You can just have a very good workout. In the past year, I have bought it four times because you can't take it continuously
