Both the extra 4 and the extra 10 do a great job. It takes a long time to see results, but after 1 month everything works perfectly. It also helps to eat in moderation and occasionally indulge in foods like fried dishes without any issues.
It really takes its time to take effect, but it does what it promises. After 2 years of consistently taking it, it has literally fixed my entire digestive system and the issues I had with heartburn and bloating. I highly recommend it.
It hasn't worked like other ones I've tried - more expensive ones, that is. I still have bloating and gas. Maybe it's not suitable for my body. I'll go back to what I was taking before that actually worked.
I also suffer from IBS, it has helped me a lot, although it took time to do its job, now I am much better, I can go in the morning and I can eat almost everything now.
My experience taught me that this specific probiotic needs about a year to truly help the intestine and provide maximum benefit.
And in the most difficult and heavy colitis, after 2 weeks of antibiotic treatment, it has helped me. I consider it a heavy artillery for difficult cases!
It has helped a lot in getting the digestive system on track. One of the positive outcomes from resolving any digestive disorders is that it helped me regain my mental calmness to the maximum extent. I saw results from the first week. I recommend it.

From vegetables, greens, spinach, legumes, herbs, nuts, cereals, etc! Foods that I hadn't eaten in years! I had suffered a lot! Doctors, professors, examinations, laboratories, university clinics! I highly recommend it without reservation!
