Description & Specifications

The ArcStop work jacket by STOP protects against thermal hazards such as brief contact with flames, convective heat, radiant heat and molten metal splashes. It also provides protection against the thermal hazards of an electric arc generated by a 7 kA current and minimises the risk of minor electric shocks. Its inherently flame-retardant fabric is made of modacrylic, cotton and antistatic fibre.

It fastens with a YKK zipper covered by a placket with flame-retardant Velcro. It has two waist pockets with flaps, elastic cuffs secured with flame-retardant Velcro, and a stand-up collar that fastens with a zipper and Velcro. Protection against contact with hot surfaces covers temperatures of up to 250 °C.
