Description & Specifications

The STOP work jacket is designed to protect against thermal hazards in foundries and the glass, aluminium and steel industries. It protects against brief contact with flames, conductive and radiant heat, molten metal splashes and contact with hot surfaces up to 250 °C.

It is made from aluminium-coated viscose and a fabric containing 30% wool, 20% polyamide and 50% flame-retardant viscose. The back and chest reinforcement are made from flame-retardant fabric, while the seams are made from durable para-aramid. The aluminium material reflects more than 90% of radiant heat and prevents molten metal splashes from sticking, allowing them to roll off and away from the garment.
