this cream does not spread easily at all. it is almost like the classic cream in the gray box to prevent babies from getting rashes (I won't mention the brand for obvious reasons). I got it for my 8-year-old child who has atopic dermatitis but honestly, trying to apply it to the affected areas is really exhausting.
