Όποτε νιώθω κόπωση το πρωί νηστικός το παίρνω και γώ. Μεμονωμένα δηλαδή. Δεν έχω πάρει ποτέ ολόκληρη συσκευασία συνεχόμενα. Θεωρώ ότι δε χρειάζεται εκτός αν υπάρχει ειδικός λόγος π.χ. μετά από χειρουργείο ή σύσταση ιατρού.
