  • The European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the Committee on Herbal Medicinal Products (HMPC) have approved the use of gingko biloba (leaves) as a traditional herbal aid for short-term use to improve memory and cognitive impairment associated with aging (deterioration of mental abilities) and the quality of life of adults with mild dementia. 
  • It has also been approved for the relief of the feeling of heaviness in the legs and the sensation of cold hands and feet associated with non-chronic circulatory problems.

Recommended Dosage

  • 1 capsule per day, after the meal.
