    Purchase on 29/11/2024 with a 5-year factory warranty.
    On New Year's Day /1/2026, 13 months later, it stopped working and displayed ER07.
    I immediately sent an email and spoke by phone with the representative, who responded promptly, told me to turn off the power for a while and turn it back on, but again as soon as I turned on the oven it displayed ER07 again and they told me that the main board is faulty and their service would call me. Up to this point, everything was fine, I thought it was just a malfunction, machines are like that, these things happen....
    So their service called me on the 3rd of the month and told me that a technician could not come before January 15th!!! That means we wouldn't be able to cook for 2 weeks and even though I informed Hisense by email, they vaguely replied that if they could, they would come earlier.
    So we reach 15/1 and the technician comes to the house, turns off the power and turns it back on and tells me that the main board is broken and they would have to order it and come back to install it!!! I told him, since we knew the fault from the beginning, why didn't you bring the board with you? He told me he had to confirm the fault first and then order it!!!
    Finally, after several written complaints to Hisense, the repair was done on 28/1/2026 with the installation of a new board.
    The company's service is unacceptable!!!
    These are essential goods!!! Here, for a TV, which is not an essential item, the service repaired it within 3 days!!!!
    Stay away from such companies that have such poor after-sales customer service!!!
    I deeply regret buying it!!!

    After pyrolysis, the oven's enamel was destroyed... the company and the representative do not accept that there was a material problem but claim it was due to improper use... of course, all this took a month for them to decide... unacceptable...

    Unacceptable representation! The enamel cracked during the first use, obviously due to material failure. After sending an email for the immediate replacement of the defective product, I never received any response! I called the service center, they came, saw it, and told me they would change the entire chamber, while I continued to request a replacement. The response was that the company's hotline (which never responds to customers) is for repairs and not replacements. After the spare part arrived, they took my new oven for a week and brought it back in the same condition because there was a mistake in ordering the spare part! Draw your own conclusions. The representation is called ETYT and unfortunately, they also have other good brands of household appliances such as Samsung, etc.

    After a total of 3 months of inconvenience and after they came to my house several times, solving the kitchen on the spot, changing the front panel and the central circuit board twice, which they burned themselves by short-circuiting it (!), the solution was not provided by the ETYT representation or Mr. Lampadiaris' authorized service center, but by the store ELECTROCHOROS where I purchased it, proceeding with a replacement. Well done to the latter, no comment for the others.

Καλησπέρα. Η λειτουργία ατμού δίνει μια έξτρα τραγανότητα στα φαγητά, το οποίο το πετυχαίνεις και με γκρατινάρισμα, εάν δεν υπάρχει η συγκεκριμένη επιλογή. Για τον καθαρισμό δεν μπορώ να πω κάτι, γιατί δεν χρειάστηκε ακόμη. Σε γενικές γραμμές είναι ένας value for Money φούρνος με πολλές δυνατότητες.
