I am very disappointed with my order. I ordered Havaianas Classic Women's Slides in size EU 37–38, exactly as indicated on the website. There was even a clear warning telling customers to choose their usual European size.

However, I received size 37–38 in Brazilian sizing, which corresponds to approximately EU 39–40. As a result, the shoes are much too big for me.

This is particularly frustrating because I paid €14 for shipping on an item costing €23.25. Returning the shoes would involve additional costs and is simply not worth it, so I am now left with a pair of shoes that I cannot wear.

If the sizes displayed on the website are European sizes, the customer should receive the corresponding European size, not the same number in Brazilian sizing. I relied on the sizing information provided when placing my order.

Πήρα το 39/40 πιστεύοντας ότι αναφέρεται στο ευρωπαικο νούμερο αλλα αναφέρεται στο βραζιλιάνικο. Εν ολίγης το 39/40 είναι 41/42 ευρωπαϊκό. Αρκετά βαριές αλλα όμορφες. Δεν γλιστράνε καθόλου από τη δοκιμή!
