I had the previous model and for years until the buttons stopped working. I hope this model lasts me for years as well.

While the product title says Greek menu.. we received a phone in Dutch and the instructions the same.. and there is no option to change the language.

I bought two such devices and both broke down within 3 years and did not communicate with the base... the quality has deteriorated a lot in this one..

the menu confuses you.. you can't easily find missed calls and in general its menu is not good compared to others I had in the past

Honest phone, everyone has this in homes and businesses. At the €15 I got it for twice, it's just fine. More money, no, it's not worth it

I have been using it for many years in the office and of course I preferred it for home use as well. It works perfectly, has clear sound, and... it never breaks!

The biggest negative is that it hasn't been tested for sound quality. If I had known, I wouldn't have bought it. Cheaper wireless options have this feature!

I bought it new last year. Unfortunately, it only lasted 1 year, even though its usage was minimal, and without it being dropped or hit, it just stopped working. It doesn't call, it doesn't ring, and when it manages to make a call, it just drops again after a while. Such a shame, not for the money because it was cheap anyway... But now you get what you pay for.

The specific model from the official Greek representative of Panasonic (Intertech) that I received on 22/11/2023 offers all the features found in modern cordless phones (call waiting, managing two calls, mute incoming call, unanswered calls with date and time, Greek language for menu and user manual, headset search from the base, etc). The only things missing are the speakerphone and keyboard backlight. I reserve judgment on the durability of the keyboard over time - I hope it matches the other qualities of the device. Overall, an excellent value for money purchase.

For about a year, it's good. Then it breaks for no reason, even with minimal use. I had it in a student house with very little use. And one day it just stopped working. I believe there are better solutions at this price

A simple and affordable cordless phone with Panasonic's guarantee. It is excellent for simple calls without many features.

I have used it only once and I was satisfied. The purpose for which I bought it is if I need to dial five-digit numbers, etc., which charge you if you call from a mobile phone.

We simply bought it to have a landline at home, we don't use it at all.
3 stars because sometimes when the battery is low, it doesn't make calls. Not worth sending it for warranty, I just keep it charged

The device arrived and the menu was in Spanish from what I understood. After trying each menu one by one, I realized that there is no language option. Even with the use of the manual. The manual has nothing to do with the phone. Also, the menu is very limited. Maybe it's a limited edition for Spain. A return will be made immediately.

I have bought several phones like this. It is a very good solution for this money. Good sound, good call volume, good range, and generally a very good device. However, whoever buys it should know that after 3-4 years they will probably have to replace it, because even with good use, the keyboard wears out and from a certain point onwards the keys do not respond, especially the answer key. Of course, 20 euros for 3-4 years is a very good deal!

I have purchased three in total. And in all three, the battery weakened very quickly and now it hardly holds any charge when not on the base in standby mode. Also, and most importantly, with minimal use, the buttons do not work on all three. I believe it is not worth it at all.

After one year of use, the wireless device has a problem with keys in answering sound...tragic choice....
Not to mention that it doesn't have open listening and it's an additional disadvantage.

In the 6 months, I changed batteries because it constantly needed charging even though I didn't use it much, and in the 1 year, it doesn't charge correctly, to be precise, it doesn't make proper contact with its base.

It's a great phone!!! Update 2023. We don't use the phone extensively, but it's reliable! Value for money.

One of the most value for money products on the market. Intercommunication and call transfer, among other advantages. And because there are so many reviews, I will focus on the most important one that many people do not know.

We bought the phone from a company that already had the same phones in a set of three devices (Panasonic KX-TG1613). With the instructions for our new phone (which were only in Italian when we bought it, but we quickly found them on the internet), we connected this device in 2 minutes to ensure intercommunication and call transfer.

So, in a large house, office, or store - warehouse, etc., you can buy this phone with your eyes closed. Flawless cooperation between the devices.

Sound, acoustics, etc. are all great.

Very good for its price, but now that we have been bothered by annoying spam calls at the office, and not just from our own country but from all over Europe, you understand how much of an issue the lack of blocking or at least the inability to reject the call is.

Basically, the star is deducted for the inability to reject the call or at least stop it from ringing, but instead we are bothered by spam numbers and I can't stop the sound or free up the line. I consider it unacceptable even for its price to not be able to do something so basic, I'm not asking for something extraordinary, just a simple function that if the phone had it, it would have had minimal impact on its manufacturing cost.

I don't think a wireless phone needs to do more than what this one does. It is definitely value for money, simple, and has a strong call sound (of course, the volume is adjustable). I recommend it.

Here the situation is a bit complicated...... If you accept what it is and what it does for its price, it gets 5 stars. When you actually use it, it only gets one star just because you have to spend more money and get something else. And I explain in practice...... you can't turn on the light at night to dial the number you want..... you can't make a call to search and find where it is... you can't take it off your ear and talk to someone... Just simple things that make our lives easier. It's not its fault (you know it doesn't have illuminated keys for speakerphone and location) it's your fault for choosing it! Don't give 20 euros.... give 40! It will be the most useless 20 euros of your life! I bought it as a backup because you forget to charge it. 5/2022 update! After 1.5 years of continuous use, I have to say that it is a very reliable choice and I would definitely recommend it.

With minimum capabilities but worth its money.
Recommended for those who do not have high demands from their landline/mobile phone, apart from the basics: Good sound quality, a phonebook with a few entries, call recognition.

Good sound quality on the speaker. Good reception range. Quality product. However, over time, the rubber keys lose their responsiveness and require more pressure to respond. At this point, the circuit needs to be cleaned internally. Otherwise, the keys become increasingly difficult to use. This is a common issue with most phones with rubber keys.
