The privately owned vineyard of the Estate covers an area of 41 acres and is located at an altitude of 280 meters at the foothills of Mount Vermio with an eastern exposure, protected from the cold northern winds. The climate of the area is continental, with a cold winter and a hot summer, ideal for vine cultivation.
The harvest usually takes place in the last ten days of September, with a total yield of about 1000 kilograms of grapes per acre. Harvesting is done manually, and the immediate transport of grapes to the winery, which is housed in the center of the vineyard, ensures the quality of the wine.
The aging of the wine is carried out in French and American oak barrels for 12 months, followed by bottling and reductive aging in the cellar for an additional 6 to 12 months before consumption.
