The top features a plunging neckline, a high collar with a decorative ring at the front, and two press studs at the back. The back is mostly open, with a wide fabric strap that fastens with a hook.

Rings on the sides of the top attach to two removable arm restraints, while two more rings at the waist of the trousers attach to wrist restraints. The restraints fasten with hook-and-loop closures and are removable. The trousers feature a high waist, a press stud at the crotch, and removable thigh straps.
