    It is suitable for fair to medium skin tones, but it has a nice light shade, not too yellow, and it does a very good job at controlling oiliness. It is also very affordable. It is not suitable for the baking technique under the eyes because it requires a large amount and I don't think it's worth using so much of the powder for that
