Citofonte Monel electrodes, made of nickel-copper type. Deposited metal similar to cast iron (cast iron).

Electrode that delivers deposited metal with approximately 70% Ni and 30% Cu, suitable for the restoration of broken or worn cast iron parts.

Suitable for the repair of parts with voids and casting defects. It has a stable arc with a defect-free weld.

The CITOFONTE MONEL provides welds without cracks and pores. The stresses that may be contained in the base metal or deposited metal can be reduced by hammering.

The deposited metal is machinable.
