I believe that the main reason most people buy it is to fulfill the obligation of having a car pharmacy kit according to the new regulation. The first aid kit that we must have in our car must comply with the European standard DIN 13164:2022 or an equivalent ISO standard and bear the relevant marking - The decision comes into effect from 1/7/2026 - If you do not have this specific type of first aid kit, there will be a fine of 30 euros. Attention: On the internet, there are first aid kits that either do not mention the DIN 13164:2022 standard, mention the 2014 one (DIN 13164:2014), or mention the 2022 standard but do not contain the required items.
All materials must be within their expiration date and bear the CE marking, as they fall under the European Union's medical device regulation. In addition to the contents, the decision also places particular importance on the correct placement of the first aid kit inside the vehicle. It must be in an easily accessible location so that it can be used immediately in case of emergency, without delays, and it is forbidden to be locked or used for storing other items.
The responsibility for keeping it in good condition lies solely with the driver or the owner of the vehicle, who must regularly check the contents and immediately replenish any material that has been used. At the same time, it is stipulated that the material must be renewed at regular intervals, especially during the summer months, and in any case not beyond two years.

Το φαρμακείο που πρέπει να έχουμε στο αμάξι μας πρέπει να πληροί το ευρωπαϊκό πρότυπο DIN 13164:2022 ή ισοδύναμο πρότυπο ISO και να φέρει τη σχετική σήμανση - Η απόφαση τίθεται σε ισχύ από τις 1/7/2026 - Aν δεν έχεις το συγκεκριμένο τύπου φαρμακείο, θα έχει πρόστιμο 30 ευρώ. Προσοχή : Στο διαδίκτυο κυκλοφορούν φαρμακεία που είτε δεν αναφέρουν το πρότυπο DIN 13164:2022, είτε αναφέρουν του 2014 (DIN 13164:2014) είτε αναφέρουν το πρότυπο του 2022 αλλά δεν έχουν μέσα τα προβλεπόμενα.
Όλα τα υλικά πρέπει να βρίσκονται εντός ημερομηνίας λήξης και να φέρουν σήμανση CE, καθώς υπάγονται στον κανονισμό ιατροτεχνολογικών προϊόντων της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Εκτός από το περιεχόμενο, η απόφαση δίνει ιδιαίτερη βαρύτητα και στη σωστή τοποθέτηση του φαρμακείου μέσα στο όχημα. Πρέπει να βρίσκεται σε σημείο εύκολα προσβάσιμο, ώστε να μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί άμεσα σε περίπτωση ανάγκης, χωρίς καθυστερήσεις, ενώ απαγορεύεται να είναι κλειδωμένο ή να χρησιμοποιείται για αποθήκευση άλλων αντικειμένων.
Η ευθύνη για τη διατήρησή του σε καλή κατάσταση ανήκει αποκλειστικά στον οδηγό ή τον ιδιοκτήτη του οχήματος, οι οποίοι οφείλουν να ελέγχουν τακτικά το περιεχόμενο και να αναπληρώνουν άμεσα κάθε υλικό που έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί. Παράλληλα, προβλέπεται ότι το υλικό πρέπει να ανανεώνεται σε τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα, ιδίως κατά τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες, και σε κάθε περίπτωση όχι πέραν των δύο ετών.
