Natural Luffa Sponge
The luffa sponge is produced in Greece and cultivated in Serres. It is biodegradable and suitable for all skin types. It comes with a string for hanging after use, ensuring better drainage.
The luffa is a climbing plant from the Cucurbitaceae family and its fruit resembles an elongated pumpkin. When matured, it is peeled to produce a natural, off-white sponge, also known as the "land sponge."
Luffa has a rough texture that softens with water, offering exfoliation and removal of dead skin cells. It helps fight acne, improves blood circulation, and reduces the appearance of orange peel, that is, cellulite. It is ideal for heels and elbows, and it does not promote the growth of microorganisms because its natural weave dries quickly. It leaves the skin clean, soft, and elastic.
It can be used with soap, shower gel, or exfoliant. It is recommended to be replaced approximately every 3 months. After each use, rinse well and hang for quick drying.
