The SteriPEN Adventurer Opti is a portable water sterilization device that destroys all waterborne microbes using ultraviolet (UV) light. It is easy to use, compact, and lightweight, sterilizing 1L of drinking water at the push of a button in seconds.

Even in the most remote environments, it destroys viruses, bacteria, and protozoa, such as E. coli, salmonella, streptococci, common fungi, as well as Giardia and Cryptosporidum. This device is ideal for use in desert oases, rivers, or freshwater lakes.

It tackles microorganisms that cause poliovirus, diarrhea, hepatitis, typhoid, dysentery, cholera, and many other serious diseases.

The new optical sensor can also be used as a secondary LED flashlight. The flashlight function is activated by pressing the device's single button for 3 seconds, while the transparent UV lamp cover focuses the LED light into a bright beam. The ultraviolet lamp lasts for 8,000 water disinfections.

The Adventurer Opti operates on 2 CR123 batteries and comes with a neoprene case for belt attachment. The device works in bottles with a minimum opening of 35mm.
