The story of three notorious criminals, Trevor, Michael, and Franklin, unfolds in Los Santos and Blaine County during a time of great economic crisis. In 2013, nine years after the poorly planned bank heist of the first two with their old partner Brad, everything in their lives has changed. Their relationship could be nothing but explosive, as we have a maniacal psychopath, a serial robber, and a young, ambitious criminal in the same team! Their natural inclination towards illegality and their criminal nature are enough to cause chaos in the city, involving its residents, celebrities, secret services, the mafia, and even the US government itself!
