Στα αρνητικά του το μόνο που έχω παρατηρήσει μέχρι στιγμής είναι ότι κάποιες λειτουργίες του τηλεχειριστηρίου δεν υπάρχουν στην smartphone εφαρμογή όπως το Silent mode και η απενεργοποίηση του LED και των "μπιπ". Δεν είναι επίσης απευθείας συμβατό με Apple Home αλλά υπάρχει η δυνατότητα δημιουργίας εντολών στην εφαρμογή ώστε να προτεθούν στα Shortcuts του iOS.

After 2 years of use, I can say the following disadvantage.
1. The outdoor unit drips liquids during hot use in winter (the technician said it is a manufacturing issue because something inside is placed close to the metal sheet, causing a temperature difference when it heats up). I should note that the same problem occurs with the second corresponding air conditioner but in a 12 model.
2. In the summer, sometimes it lives its life, meaning that where it blows cold air, it suddenly starts blowing room temperature air. It has done this 5 times during the summer.
3. And I don't know if it's an installation error, it drips water or the indoor unit in the cold.
4. The plastics creak in the indoor unit when it is in heating mode
Μετά από 2 χρόνια χρήσης, μπορώ να πω τα εξής μειονέκτημα.
1. Η εξωτερική μονάδα στάζει υγρά στην ζέστη χρήση τον χειμώνα(ο τεχνικός είπε ότι είναι κατασκευαστικο, γτ κάτι από μέσα είναι τοποθετημένο κοντά στην λαμαρίνα, και κάνει την διαφορά θερμοκρασίας όταν ζεσταίνεται). Να σημειώσω ότι το ίδιο πρόβλημα κάνει και το δεύτερο αντίστοιχο κλιματιστικό αλλά σε 12αρι
2. Το καλοκαίρι καμία φορά ζει την ζωή του, δλδ εκεί που βγάζει κρύο, ξαφνικά αρχίζει φυσάει αέρα δωματίου. Μέσα στο καλοκαίρι το έχει κάνει 5 φορές.
3. Και δεν ξέρω αν είναι λάθος από εγκατάσταση, στάζει νερό ή εσωτερική μονάδα στο κρύο
4. Τρίζουν τα πλαστικά του, στην εσωτερική μονάδα όταν είναι στο ζεστό

The indoor unit has some quality, but the outdoor one is terrible; it makes noise and has quite a bit of vibration. Worse than a supermarket machine. I do not recommend it. If you happen to have a faulty product, the service does not help even within the warranty period. Ours started to accumulate ice in the internal unit and make a lot of noise that woke us up every night before it even turned a year old. The service came with nerves and rudeness and after imposing a reinstallation in another location (which did not solve the problem), they started blaming the (few) pet hairs in our house (we have 4 air conditioners from other companies that have never had a problem). The company itself does not return calls to fix the issue. The result is that the machine will end up in the trash. Choose another company.
Δεν το προτείνω. Αν σου τύχει ελαττωματικό το σέρβις ακόμα και μέσα στην εγγύηση δεν βοηθάει. Το δικό μας πριν κλείσει χρόνο άρχισε να πιάνει πάγο στην εσωτερική μονάδα και να κάνει παρά πολύ θόρυβο που μας ξυπνάει κάθε βράδυ. Το σέρβις ήρθε με νεύρα και αγένεια και αφού μας επέβαλε επανεγκατάσταση σε άλλο σημείο (το οποίο δεν έλυσε το πρόβλημα) άρχισε να τα ρίχνει στις (ελάχιστες) τρίχες από το κατοικίδιο μας (έχουμε αλλά 4 κλιματιστικά άλλων εταιριών που δεν έχουν παρουσιάσει ποτέ πρόβλημα). Η ίδια η εταιρία δεν επιστρέφει τηλεφωνήματα για να φτιάξει το πρόβλημα. Αποτέλεσμα ότι το μηχάνημα θα καταλήξει σε κάδο. Προτιμήστε άλλη εταιρία.
The air conditioner is great, it cools my space very well. I haven't used it for heating, but judging from a similar 9000 BTU model that I bought 2-3 years ago, it will perform well there too.
I should note that in the approximately two weeks that I have been using it, I haven't heard any plastic creaking noises.
The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the NetHome Plus app from Midea (which manufactures this specific model, as well as similar ones from Bosch and many other companies) is slow. This creates a problem with Google Home/Google Assistant, as the response you usually get to a voice command for adjusting a certain function (several are supported) is "I'm sorry, NetHome Plus isn't available." Usually, you need to repeat the command 2-3 times until it connects.
I am convinced that the problem lies with the Midea app and not with Google, because the app itself takes a long time to retrieve the status of each device every time you open it.
So the solution most of the time is to directly open NetHome Plus, be patient while it loads the devices, and once it has loaded, then proceed to make adjustments from there.
Μια χαρά είναι το κλιματιστικό, ψύχει πολύ καλά τον χώρο μου. Δεν έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί για θέρμανση, αλλά κρίνοντας από ένα αντίστοιχο 9000 BTU που είχα αγοράσει πριν 2-3 χρόνια, θα τα καταφέρνει καλά και εκεί.
Να σημειώσω ότι δεν έχω ακούσει στις περίπου δυο εβδομάδες που το δουλεύω καθόλου τριγμούς από τα πλαστικά.
Ο λόγος που δεν βάζω 5* είναι ότι η εφαρμογή NetHome Plus της Midea (που κατασκευάζει το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο, όπως και άλλα αντίστοιχα της Bosch και πολλών εταιρειών) είναι αργή. Αυτό δημιουργεί πρόβλημα στο Google Home/Goosle assistance, καθώς η απάντηση που παίρνεις συνήθως σε φωνητική εντολή ρύθμισης κάποιας λειτουργείας (υποστηρίζονται αρκετές) είναι "I'm sorry, NetHome Plus isn't available." Συνήθως χρειάζεται να επαναλάβεις 2-3 φορές την εντολή μέχρι να επικοινωνήσει.
Είμαι πεπεισμένος ότι το πρόβλημα είναι στην εφαρμογή της Midea και όχι στην Google, γιατί και η ίδια η εφαρμογή αργεί πολύ να ανακτήσει το status κάθε συσκευής κάθε φορά που την ανοίγεις.
Οπότε η λύση τις περισσότερες φορές είναι να ανοίγεις απευθείας το NetHome Plus, να κάνεις υπομονή όσο φορτώνει τις συσκευές, και μόλις φορτώσει τότε να προβείς σε αλλαγή ρύθμισης απο κει.
The reason I don't give it 5 stars is that sometimes in cooling and heating the plastic parts creak quite a bit! I have bought 2 air conditioners of 12000btu and they have the same issue! The technician who installed it for me, mentioned this issue with these specific ones before installation and indeed it was confirmed after installation!
Ο λόγος που δεν βάζω 5 αστέρια είναι ότι μερικές φορές στην ψύξη αλλά και στην θέρμανση τα πλαστικά του μέρη τρίζουν αρκετά! Εχω αγοράσει 2 κλιματιστικά των 12000btu και έχουν το ίδιο θέμα! Ο τεχνικός που μου το εγκατέστησε ,μου το ανέφερε αυτό το θέμα που έχουν τα συγκεκριμένα πριν την εγκατάσταση κι όντως επαληθεύτηκε μετά την εγκατάσταση!
Truly a terrible product. Impossible to work satisfactorily (meaning to create a satisfactory climate) either in cooling or heating. It measures its own thermometer differently, the remote control thermometer differently, and the actual room temperature is different. When it operates, it burns 3/4 of an 18, which I bought on the same days as this one. The lowest consumption it will drop to in cooling is 260W (the 18 drops to 180!). However, it's not that it will drop to 260W, it's that after that, the next step is that it completely shuts off, resulting in the room becoming completely random and definitely not a room where there is, supposedly, an air conditioner. Stay away!
Πραγματικά ένα κάκιστο προϊόν. Αδύνατον να δουλέψει ικανοποιητικά (δηλαδή να φτιάξει ικανοποιητικό κλίμα) είτε στην ψύξη, είτε στην θέρμανση. Άλλα μετράει το δικό του θερμόμετρο, άλλα το θερμόμετρο του τηλεκοντρόλ, άλλη είναι η πραγματική θερμοκρασία του χώρου. Όταν λειτουργεί, καίει τα 3/4 ενός 18αριού που αγόρασα τις ίδιες ημέρες με αυτό. Η χαμηλότερη κατανάλωση που θα πέσει στην ψύξη, είναι 260W (το 18άρι πέφτει μέχρι τα 180[!]). Δεν είναι όμως ότι θα πέσει στα 260W, είναι ότι μετά από αυτά, το επόμενο βήμα του είναι ότι σβήνει εντελώς, με αποτέλεσμα ο χώρος να γίνεται εντελώς ό,τι να 'ναι και σίγουρα όχι ένας χώρος στον οποίο υπάρχει, υποτίθεται, κλιματιστικό. Μείνετε μακρυά!
We bought it at the end of July for the living room, which is quite spacious with single wooden windows. It cools down amazingly without even trying. For this price, I would have liked a UV ionizer, but what can you do.

The present air conditioner was installed, replacing a faulty B1ZAO0951W that I bought 2 months ago. The Bosh ASIO9AW40 is the newest model!
So far, I can say that the heating works perfectly and the noise levels inside and outside are very good. The indoor unit occasionally makes a slight creaking noise, but it's not very loud.
Overall, it operates for 7 hours a day. The quality is generally good.
Το παρόν κλιματιστικό μου το εγκατέστησαν, λογο αντικατάστασης ενος ελαττωματικού B1ZAO0951W που αγόρασα πρίν 2 μήνες. Το Bosh ΑSΙΟ9ΑW40 είναι το πιο καινούργιο μεντέλο!
Μέχρι τώρα μπορώ να πω πως η θέρμανση δουλεύει άψογα και τα επίπεδα θορύβου μέσα και έξω είναι πολύ καλά. Η εσωτερική μονάδα κάνει πολύ σπάνια κάποιο τρίξιμο και δεν είναι πολύ δυνατό.
Γενικά δουλεύει 7 ώρες την μέρα. Η ποιότητα είναι σε γενικές γραμμές καλή.

I installed it ten days ago, so I don't have a complete opinion yet and I will update periodically. For now, it performs excellently in cooling, it becomes noisy when it goes to full intensity, at the medium setting and at the low setting you can't hear it working. Το έβαλα πριν δέκα μέρες, οπότε δεν έχω ακόμη άποψη ολοκληρωμένη και θα επανέρχομαι ανά διαστήματα.
Για την ώρα στην ψύξη αποδίδει άριστα, θορυβώδεις γίνεται όταν μπει σε φουλ ένταση, στην μεσαία σκάλα και στην μικρή δεν το ακούς ότι δουλεύει.
Η αγορά του έγινε κυρίως για θέρμανση οπότε χειμώνα θα το δούμε καλύτερα.

Στην θέρμανση που το έχω δοκιμάσει είναι πολύ καλό. Η εξωτερική μονάδα δουλεύει σε πολύ καλά επίπεδα θορύβου! Κραδασμούς μια στις τόσες κάνει και όχι δυνατούς.

After 2 years of use, I can say the following disadvantage.
1. The outdoor unit drips liquids during hot use in winter (the technician said it is a manufacturing issue because something inside is placed close to the metal sheet, causing a temperature difference when it heats up). I should note that the same problem occurs with the second corresponding air conditioner but in a 12 model.
2. In the summer, sometimes it lives its life, meaning that where it blows cold air, it suddenly starts blowing room temperature air. It has done this 5 times during the summer.
3. And I don't know if it's an installation error, it drips water or the indoor unit in the cold.
4. The plastics creak in the indoor unit when it is in heating mode
Μετά από 2 χρόνια χρήσης, μπορώ να πω τα εξής μειονέκτημα.

Η εξωτερική μονάδα στάζει υγρά στην ζέστη χρήση τον χειμώνα(ο τεχνικός είπε ότι είναι κατασκευαστικο, γτ κάτι από μέσα είναι τοποθετημένο κοντά στην λαμαρίνα, και κάνει την διαφορά θερμοκρασίας όταν ζεσταίνεται). Να σημειώσω ότι το ίδιο πρόβλημα κάνει και το δεύτερο αντίστοιχο κλιματιστικό αλλά σε 12αρι
2. Το καλοκαίρι καμία φορά ζει την ζωή του, δλδ εκεί που βγάζει κρύο, ξαφνικά αρχίζει φυσάει αέρα δωματίου. Μέσα στο καλοκαίρι το έχει κάνει 5 φορές.
3. Και δεν ξέρω αν είναι λάθος από εγκατάσταση, στάζει νερό ή εσωτερική μονάδα στο κρύο
4. Τρίζουν τα πλαστικά του, στην εσωτερική μονάδα όταν είναι στο ζεστό

I do not recommend it. If you happen to have a faulty product, the service does not help even within the warranty period. Ours started to accumulate ice in the internal unit and make a lot of noise that woke us up every night before it even turned a year old. The service came with nerves and rudeness and after imposing a reinstallation in another location (which did not solve the problem), they started blaming the (few) pet hairs in our house (we have 4 air conditioners from other companies that have never had a problem). The company itself does not return calls to fix the issue. The result is that the machine will end up in the trash. Choose another company.
Δεν το προτείνω. Αν σου τύχει ελαττωματικό το σέρβις ακόμα και μέσα στην εγγύηση δεν βοηθάει. Το δικό μας πριν κλείσει χρόνο άρχισε να πιάνει πάγο στην εσωτερική μονάδα και να κάνει παρά πολύ θόρυβο που μας ξυπνάει κάθε βράδυ. Το σέρβις ήρθε με νεύρα και αγένεια και αφού μας επέβαλε επανεγκατάσταση σε άλλο σημείο (το οποίο δεν έλυσε το πρόβλημα) άρχισε να τα ρίχνει στις (ελάχιστες) τρίχες από το κατοικίδιο μας (έχουμε αλλά 4 κλιματιστικά άλλων εταιριών που δεν έχουν παρουσιάσει ποτέ πρόβλημα). Η ίδια η εταιρία δεν επιστρέφει τηλεφωνήματα για να φτιάξει το πρόβλημα. Αποτέλεσμα ότι το μηχάνημα θα καταλήξει σε κάδο. Προτιμήστε άλλη εταιρία.
The air conditioner is great, it cools my space very well. I haven't used it for heating, but judging from a similar 9000 BTU model that I bought 2-3 years ago, it will perform well there too.
I should note that in the approximately two weeks that I have been using it, I haven't heard any plastic creaking noises.
The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the NetHome Plus app from Midea (which manufactures this specific model, as well as similar ones from Bosch and many other companies) is slow. This creates a problem with Google Home/Google Assistant, as the response you usually get to a voice command for adjusting a certain function (several are supported) is "I'm sorry, NetHome Plus isn't available." Usually, you need to repeat the command 2-3 times until it connects.
I am convinced that the problem lies with the Midea app and not with Google, because the app itself takes a long time to retrieve the status of each device every time you open it.
So the solution most of the time is to directly open NetHome Plus, be patient while it loads the devices, and once it has loaded, then proceed to make adjustments from there.
Μια χαρά είναι το κλιματιστικό, ψύχει πολύ καλά τον χώρο μου. Δεν έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί για θέρμανση, αλλά κρίνοντας από ένα αντίστοιχο 9000 BTU που είχα αγοράσει πριν 2-3 χρόνια, θα τα καταφέρνει καλά και εκεί.
Να σημειώσω ότι δεν έχω ακούσει στις περίπου δυο εβδομάδες που το δουλεύω καθόλου τριγμούς από τα πλαστικά.
Ο λόγος που δεν βάζω 5* είναι ότι η εφαρμογή NetHome Plus της Midea (που κατασκευάζει το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο, όπως και άλλα αντίστοιχα της Bosch και πολλών εταιρειών) είναι αργή. Αυτό δημιουργεί πρόβλημα στο Google Home/Goosle assistance, καθώς η απάντηση που παίρνεις συνήθως σε φωνητική εντολή ρύθμισης κάποιας λειτουργείας (υποστηρίζονται αρκετές) είναι "I'm sorry, NetHome Plus isn't available." Συνήθως χρειάζεται να επαναλάβεις 2-3 φορές την εντολή μέχρι να επικοινωνήσει.
Είμαι πεπεισμένος ότι το πρόβλημα είναι στην εφαρμογή της Midea και όχι στην Google, γιατί και η ίδια η εφαρμογή αργεί πολύ να ανακτήσει το status κάθε συσκευής κάθε φορά που την ανοίγεις.
Οπότε η λύση τις περισσότερες φορές είναι να ανοίγεις απευθείας το NetHome Plus, να κάνεις υπομονή όσο φορτώνει τις συσκευές, και μόλις φορτώσει τότε να προβείς σε αλλαγή ρύθμισης απο κει.
The reason I don't give it 5 stars is that sometimes in cooling and heating the plastic parts creak quite a bit! I have bought 2 air conditioners of 12000btu and they have the same issue! The technician who installed it for me, mentioned this issue with these specific ones before installation and indeed it was confirmed after installation!

Truly a terrible product. Impossible to work satisfactorily (meaning to create a satisfactory climate) either in cooling or heating. It measures its own thermometer differently, the remote control thermometer differently, and the actual room temperature is different. When it operates, it burns 3/4 of an 18, which I bought on the same days as this one. The lowest consumption it will drop to in cooling is 260W (the 18 drops to 180!). However, it's not that it will drop to 260W, it's that after that, the next step is that it completely shuts off, resulting in the room becoming completely random and definitely not a room where there is, supposedly, an air conditioner. Stay away!
Πραγματικά ένα κάκιστο προϊόν. Αδύνατον να δουλέψει ικανοποιητικά (δηλαδή να φτιάξει ικανοποιητικό κλίμα) είτε στην ψύξη, είτε στην θέρμανση. Άλλα μετράει το δικό του θερμόμετρο, άλλα το θερμόμετρο του τηλεκοντρόλ, άλλη είναι η πραγματική θερμοκρασία του χώρου. Όταν λειτουργεί, καίει τα 3/4 ενός 18αριού που αγόρασα τις ίδιες ημέρες με αυτό. Η χαμηλότερη κατανάλωση που θα πέσει στην ψύξη, είναι 260W (το 18άρι πέφτει μέχρι τα 180[!]). Δεν είναι όμως ότι θα πέσει στα 260W, είναι ότι μετά από αυτά, το επόμενο βήμα του είναι ότι σβήνει εντελώς, με αποτέλεσμα ο χώρος να γίνεται εντελώς ό,τι να 'ναι και σίγουρα όχι ένας χώρος στον οποίο υπάρχει, υποτίθεται, κλιματιστικό. Μείνετε μακρυά!
We bought it at the end of July for the living room, which is quite spacious with single wooden windows. It cools down amazingly without even trying. For this price, I would have liked a UV ionizer, but what can you do.
Το πήραμε τέλη Ιουλίου για το σαλονι το οποίο είναι αρκετά μεγαλο με μονα τζαμια ξύλινα. Σε ψύξη είναι τρομερό χωρίς καν να προσπαθεί. Σε αυτά τα λεφτα θα ηθελα εναν ιονιστη uv, αλλα τι να κάνεις.

The present air conditioner was installed, replacing a faulty B1ZAO0951W that I bought 2 months ago. The Bosh ASIO9AW40 is the newest model!
So far, I can say that the heating works perfectly and the noise levels inside and outside are very good. The indoor unit occasionally makes a slight creaking noise, but it's not very loud.
Overall, it operates for 7 hours a day. The quality is generally good.
Το παρόν κλιματιστικό μου το εγκατέστησαν, λογο αντικατάστασης ενος ελαττωματικού B1ZAO0951W που αγόρασα πρίν 2 μήνες. Το Bosh ΑSΙΟ9ΑW40 είναι το πιο καινούργιο μεντέλο!
Μέχρι τώρα μπορώ να πω πως η θέρμανση δουλεύει άψογα και τα επίπεδα θορύβου μέσα και έξω είναι πολύ καλά. Η εσωτερική μονάδα κάνει πολύ σπάνια κάποιο τρίξιμο και δεν είναι πολύ δυνατό.
Γενικά δουλεύει 7 ώρες την μέρα. Η ποιότητα είναι σε γενικές γραμμές καλή.

I installed it ten days ago, so I don't have a complete opinion yet and I will update periodically. For now, it performs excellently in cooling, it becomes noisy when it goes to full intensity, at the medium setting and at the low setting you can't hear it working. Το έβαλα πριν δέκα μέρες, οπότε δεν έχω ακόμη άποψη ολοκληρωμένη και θα επανέρχομαι ανά διαστήματα.
Για την ώρα στην ψύξη αποδίδει άριστα, θορυβώδεις γίνεται όταν μπει σε φουλ ένταση, στην μεσαία σκάλα και στην μικρή δεν το ακούς ότι δουλεύει.
Η αγορά του έγινε κυρίως για θέρμανση οπότε χειμώνα θα το δούμε καλύτερα.
