I was in a dilemma because the living room is 35 sq m and connected to it is my office, about 12 sq m (diagonally), and in the middle I used to put a fan to cool it. Most people said I needed 18,000 BTU, including the technician who installed it. The equivalent 18,000 BTU unit has double consumption in heating, so I ruled it out.
Because I didn’t want an installation, until now I had one of the most advanced portable air conditioners (Inventor 12,000 BTU), but I realized that because it didn’t fill the space, I always had it at 17 for cooling and it burned a lot of electricity, 1350 watts.
In contrast, the Midea consumes a maximum of 1000 watts in cooling, immediately drops to 700 and then to 400, and at a set temperature of 27 and the fan on auto, today it consumed for 5 hours 160 to 180 watts, all this with a plug meter. The air is very fresh, it generally changes the atmosphere of the house, we stopped sneezing, it is completely silent, and now in my office I have half to one degree more than in the living room. All this in 35+12 sq m with 12,000 BTU. It should be noted that the house is two-story, separated by a saloon-type door and as you can understand it does not seal, the heat comes down from upstairs, there is also the kitchen and a WC next to the living room. So we are talking about a space of about 80 sq m and with old wooden frames with many losses. I have nothing else to say, I had trusted the company for years (because it manufactures for another 20 brands) but now it has become my favorite. Three years warranty and ten years on the compressor. In addition to the horizontal louver, it also has vertical ones, which are adjusted independently from the horizontal, a clean function for cleaning from germs, fungi, etc., also a very convenient and complete app on the mobile with live monitoring of the room temperature. Ημουνα σε διλλημα καθοτι το σαλονι ειναι 35 τμ σε συνεχεια ειναι το γραφειο μου περιπου 12 τμ (διαγωνια) και στη μεση εβαζα εναν ανεμιστηρα για να το δροσιζω.Οι περισσοτεροι ειπαν οτι χρειαζομαι 18000 btu ακομα και ο ψυκτικος που το εγκατεστησε.Το αντιστοιχο 18αρι εχει διπλη καταναλωση στη θερμανση οποτε το απερριψα.
Λογω του οτι δεν ηθελα εγκατασταση μεχρι τωρα ειχα ενα απο τα πιο εξελιγμενα φορητα κλιματιστικα (inventor 12000 btu) αλλα καταλαβα οτι λογω του οτι δεν γεμιζε το χωρο το ειχα συνεχεια στους 17 για ψυξη και εκαιγε παρα πολυ ρευμα 1350 watt
Αντιθετα το midea καιει μεγιστη 1000 watt στην ψυξη,αμεσως πεφτει στα 700 και μετα στα 400 και σε ζητουμενη θερμοκρασια 27 και ανεμιστηρα στο αυτοματο σημερα εκαιγε για 5 ωρες 160 με 180 watt ολα αυτα με μετρητη πριζας.Ο αερας ειναι πολυ φρεσκος γενικα αλλαζει την ατμοσφαιρα του σπιτιου,σταματησαμε τα φτερνισματα ειναι εντελως αθορυβο κι εγω πλεον στο γραφειο μου εχω μισο με ενα βαθμο παραπανω απο οτι στο σαλονι.Ολα αυτα σε 35+12τμ με 12000 btu.Σημειωτεον οτι το σπιτι ειναι διωροφο,χωριζει με μια πορτα τυπου σαλουν και οπως καταλαβαινετε δεν σφραγιζει κατεβαινει η ζεστη απο πανω,υπαρχει επισης διπλα απο το σαλονι η κουζινα κι ενα wc.Oποτε μιλαμε για ενα χωρο περι τα 80 τμ και με ξυλινα παλια κουφωματα με πολλες απωλειες.Δεν εχω να πω τιποτε αλλο ειχα εμπιστοσυνη στην εταιρια εδω και χρονια (γιατι κανει φασον για αλλες 20 φιρμες) αλλα τωρα εγινε η αγαπημενη μου.Τρια χρονια εγγυηση και δεκα χρονια στο συμπιεστη.Στα συν εκτος την οριζοντια περσιδα εχει και καθετες οι οποιες ρυθμιζονται ανεξαρτητα απο την οριζοντια,λειτουργια clean για καθαρισμα απο μικροβια μυκητες κλπ,επισης πολυ βολικη και πληρης εφαρμογη στο κινητο με παρακολουθηση live της θερμοκρασιας του χωρου.Επειδη διαβαζω για θορυβους εξωτερικης μοναδας κλπ θα πω οτι ειλιρκινα δεν ακουγεται,προσεξτε καλα στην εγκατασταση προσεξτε να εχει 3 μετρα σωληνες,προσεξτε να εχει αντλια κενου πριν το βαλει να δουλεψει ο ψυκτικος.Αγορα στα 389 ευρω.
In a 46m2 living room/kitchen + room without thermal insulation and with a pilot below, it easily raises the temperature to 22-23°C. The consumption is low as it is only 900w. I haven't used it in the summer yet, but I imagine it won't be a problem. Impressively quiet both outside and inside. Wifi to turn it on before you go home and warm it up in advance. Purchase with the "recycle" program for around €300 for the 12, down from €589. I consider it a very good purchase. Satisfied.

Απο κατανάλωση μικρη καθως ειναι 900w μονο.
Δεν το δουλεψα καλοκαίρι ακόμη αλλα φαντάζομαι οτι δεν προβληματίζεται.

It really is one of those cases that is not worth even one star. As soon as the room reaches temperature and the outdoor unit starts to slow down, a metallic sound is heard from a balancing valve. After contacting the dealership, the response was that they are aware of it but cannot fix it as it is the way this particular model operates.
πραγματικά είναι απο τις περιπτώσεις που δεν αξίζει ούτε το ένα αστερι.μολις πιάσει θερμοκρασία ο χωρος και ξεκινάει να κατεβάζει στροφές η εξωτερική μονάδα ακούγετε ενας μεταλλικος ηχος απο μια βαλβίδα εξισορρόπησης. σε συνέχεια της επικοινωνίας με το αντιπροσωπεία η απάντηση ήταν οτι τους ειναι γνωστο αλλα δεν μπορούν να το διορθώσουν ειναι ετσι η λειτουργεία του συγκεκριμένου μοντέλου.

Midea, my favorite brand as an air conditioner, I recommend it without reservation, they have a high cooling performance rating (SEER), but a moderate heating performance rating (SCOP). Anyway, for their money, they are the best since the good brands do not have quality models at this price and the competition (Inventor, Pitsos) is, let me say, useless. The Midea models are decent. SEER 7-7.3 (Xtreme series) while Inventor struggles to reach 6. If you want quality warmth, either go for expensive Daikin/Mitsubishi models or Fujitsu, unfortunately with this money, the SCOP cannot exceed 5.5
Midea, αγαπημένη μου μάρκα ως ψυκτικός,την προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα, έχουν υψηλό βαθμό απόδοσης ψύξης (seer),αλλά μέτριο βαθμό απόδοσης θέρμανσης (scop).Πάντως στα χρήματα τους είναι τα καλύτερα αφού,οι καλές μάρκες,δεν έχουν ποιοτικά μοντέλα σε αυτή τη τιμή και ο ανταγωνισμός (inventor,pitsos) είναι επιτρέψτε μου άχρηστος.Τα midea πιάνουν άντε. seer 7-7,3 (σειρά xtreme)ενώ τα inventor με το ζόρι τα 6.Αν θέλετε ποιοτική ζέστη,ήτε πάτε σε ακριβά μοντέλα daikin/mitsubishi ή στην Fujitsu δυστυχώς με αυτά τα λεφτά το scop. δεν δειναται το scop να ξεπερνά το 5.5

10 Midea Xtreme Eco (eco-pro-dura are the same models) were installed, 6 of them are 12,000 BTU and 4 are 9,000 BTU, in a relatively new apartment building with good insulation and corresponding windows.
They perform very well in cooling, as for heating I don't know since they will never be used for that purpose.
In all air conditioners, I noticed a continuous humming noise coming from the outdoor unit into the room. For some people, it may be annoying, for others not. I tried using anti-vibration pads on the outdoor units and magically the noise disappeared, thankfully!
A good choice, considering we are talking about a reputable company in air conditioning, with Eurovent certification.
However, proper installation and the use of anti-vibration pads are necessary for a good final result.
Τοποθετήθηκαν 10 midea xtreme eco (eco-pro-dura είναι τα ίδια μοντέλα) , 6 12αρια κ 4 9αρια σε πολυκατοικία σχετικά νέα με καλή μόνωση κ ανάλογα κουφώματα.
Αποδίδουν πολύ καλά στην ψύξη, στη θέρμανση δεν ξέρω αφού δεν πρόκειται να χρησιμοποιηθούν ποτέ για αυτόν το σκοπό.
Σε όλα τα κλιματιστικά παρατήρησα ένα συνεχές βομβο - βουητό που περνούσε από την εξωτερική μονάδα μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Για κάποιους ίσως να είναι ενοχλητικό, για κάποιους όχι. Δοκίμασα τα αντικραδασμικα στις εξωτερικές μονάδες κ ως δια μαγείας αυτό το βουητό εξαφανίστηκε ευτυχώς!
Μία καλή επιλογή, αφού μιλάμε για μια μεγάλη εταιρεία στα κλιματιστικά, με eurovent.
Ωστόσο χρειάζεται σωστή εγκατάσταση καθώς κ τα αντικραδασμικά για ένα καλό τελικό αποτέλεσμα.

And the outdoor unit is a beast, I have it on the balcony downstairs. Otherwise, it performs very well, it heats up a 50-square-meter open space perfectly and quickly. It has Wi-Fi and can be easily controlled through a mobile application. I don't have an opinion on the consumption yet, but according to the product specifications, it seems to be an economical solution. What others say about creaking and noise doesn't exist for us, it's fine. I suppose it also has to do with the good installation. Overall, we are satisfied.
24000 btu. Το ένα αστέρι το χάνει λόγω διάστασης της εσωτερικής μονάδας. Αντικατέστησε ένα παλιό General Electric 18000 btu και δεν χώραγε. Η εσωτερική μονάδα ήταν περίπου 7 πόντους πιο ψηλή. Και η εξωτερική μονάδα θηρίο, την έχω στο μπαλκόνι κάτω. Κατά τ αλλά πολύ καλή στην απόδοση, σε open space χώρο περίπου 50τετραγωνικα το θερμαίνει άψογα και γρήγορα. Έχει Wi-Fi και ρυθμίζεται εύκολα από εφαρμογή στο Κινητό. Από κατανάλωση δεν έχω ακόμη άποψη, αλλά από τα στοιχεία του δελτίου προϊόντος φαίνεται να είναι οικονομική λύση. Αυτό που λένε άλλοι για τρίξιμο και θόρυβο σε εμάς δεν υπάρχει, είναι μια χαρά. Υποθέτω έχει να κάνει και με την καλή τοποθέτηση. Γενικά είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι.

The outdoor unit makes moderate (not annoying) noise with closed windows. The heat quality is not satisfactory. The space reaches 24 degrees in about 90 minutes with an internal temperature of 20 degrees and >70% humidity, an external temperature of 10 degrees and >90% humidity. It performs well in cooling. With an external temperature of 28 degrees and 75% humidity, it brings the space to 23 degrees in 35 minutes, selecting a temperature of 24.

I chose the Midea because, speaking with technicians, they assured me that you can find any spare part you want at very good prices. Overall, I consider this to be a value for money choice.
The 24000btu cools an 80 square meter house with a terrace on top, with moderate insulation and losses from the windows. If placed in a strategic location, it cools the whole house easily and relatively quickly.
The outdoor and indoor units, although large in size (check the dimensions before buying to arrange the space), are quite silent. They are not like something Mitsubishi where you forget that you have it turned on, but the price difference is around 800 euros...
Pay attention to the installation, the 24,000btu units require a socket with a 16-amp fuse that has nothing else connected to it. Also, due to its size, it is better to place the outdoor unit on a balcony, with a base on the floor. It is better to have a technician come earlier to see the space and calculate how many meters of copper pipe will be needed. The cost of installation can vary significantly due to the high cost of materials (copper pipes indicative price 25 euros per meter).
Overall, I recommend it, it is a very good machine.
Επέλεξα τη midea γιατί μιλώντας με τεχνικούς με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι βρίσκεις άμεσα ότι ανταλλακτικό θέλεις σε πολύ καλές τιμές, γενικά θεωρώ το συγκεκριμένο μια value for money επιλογή.
24000btu δροσίζει ένα σπίτι 80 τετραγωνικών με ταράτσα από πάνω, με μέτρια μόνωση και απώλειες από τα κουφώματα. Αν τοποθετηθεί σε στρατηγικό σημείο δροσίζει όλο το σπίτι εύκολα και σχετικά γρήγορα.
Οι μονάδες εξωτερική και εσωτερική, αν και μεγάλες στο μέγεθος (δείτε τις διαστάσεις πριν το πάρετε για να κανονίσετε το χώρο), είναι αρκετά αθόρυβες, δεν είναι σαν κάτι Mitsubishi που ξεχνάς ότι το έχεις αναμμένο, αλλά οι διαφορές στα χρήματα είναι γύρω στα 800 ευρώ...
Προσοχή στην τοποθέτηση, τα 24αρια χρειάζονται πρίζα με 16αρα ασφάλεια που να μην έχει τίποτα άλλο πάνω, επίσης η εξωτερική μονάδα λόγω μεγέθους είναι καλύτερο να τοποθετηθεί σε κάποιο μπαλκόνι, με βάση στο πάτωμα. Αντιθετα το midea καιει μεγιστη 1000 watt στην ψυξη,αμεσως πεφτει στα 700 και μετα στα 400 και σε ζητουμενη θερμοκρασια 27 και ανεμιστηρα στο αυτοματο σημερα εκαιγε για 5 ωρες 160 με 180 watt ολα αυτα με μετρητη πριζας.Ο αερας ειναι πολυ φρεσκος γενικα αλλαζει την ατμοσφαιρα του σπιτιου,σταματησαμε τα φτερνισματα ειναι εντελως αθορυβο κι εγω πλεον στο γραφειο μου εχω μισο με ενα βαθμο παραπανω απο οτι στο σαλονι.Ολα αυτα σε 35+12τμ με 12000 btu.Σημειωτεον οτι το σπιτι ειναι διωροφο,χωριζει με μια πορτα τυπου σαλουν και οπως καταλαβαινετε δεν σφραγιζει κατεβαινει η ζεστη απο πανω,υπαρχει επισης διπλα απο το σαλονι η κουζινα κι ενα wc.Oποτε μιλαμε για ενα χωρο περι τα 80 τμ και με ξυλινα παλια κουφωματα με πολλες απωλειες.Δεν εχω να πω τιποτε αλλο ειχα εμπιστοσυνη στην εταιρια εδω και χρονια (γιατι κανει φασον για αλλες 20 φιρμες) αλλα τωρα εγινε η αγαπημενη μου.Τρια χρονια εγγυηση και δεκα χρονια στο συμπιεστη.Στα συν εκτος την οριζοντια περσιδα εχει και καθετες οι οποιες ρυθμιζονται ανεξαρτητα απο την οριζοντια,λειτουργια clean για καθαρισμα απο μικροβια μυκητες κλπ,επισης πολυ βολικη και πληρης εφαρμογη στο κινητο με παρακολουθηση live της θερμοκρασιας του χωρου.Επειδη διαβαζω για θορυβους εξωτερικης μοναδας κλπ θα πω οτι ειλιρκινα δεν ακουγεται,προσεξτε καλα στην εγκατασταση προσεξτε να εχει 3 μετρα σωληνες,προσεξτε να εχει αντλια κενου πριν το βαλει να δουλεψει ο ψυκτικος.Αγορα στα 389 ευρω.

Midea, my favorite brand as an air conditioner, I recommend it without reservation, they have a high cooling performance rating (SEER), but a moderate heating performance rating (SCOP). Anyway, for their money, they are the best since the good brands do not have quality models at this price and the competition (Inventor, Pitsos) is, let me say, useless. The Midea models are decent. SEER 7-7.3 (Xtreme series) while Inventor struggles to reach 6. If you want quality warmth, either go for expensive Daikin/Mitsubishi models or Fujitsu, unfortunately with this money, the SCOP cannot exceed 5.5

10 Midea Xtreme Eco (eco-pro-dura are the same models) were installed, 6 of them are 12,000 BTU and 4 are 9,000 BTU, in a relatively new apartment building with good insulation and corresponding windows.

In all air conditioners, I noticed a continuous humming noise coming from the outdoor unit into the room. For some people, it may be annoying, for others not. I tried using anti-vibration pads on the outdoor units and magically the noise disappeared, thankfully!
A good choice, considering we are talking about a reputable company in air conditioning, with Eurovent certification.
However, proper installation and the use of anti-vibration pads are necessary for a good final result.
Τοποθετήθηκαν 10 midea xtreme eco (eco-pro-dura είναι τα ίδια μοντέλα) , 6 12αρια κ 4 9αρια σε πολυκατοικία σχετικά νέα με καλή μόνωση κ ανάλογα κουφώματα.
Αποδίδουν πολύ καλά στην ψύξη, στη θέρμανση δεν ξέρω αφού δεν πρόκειται να χρησιμοποιηθούν ποτέ για αυτόν το σκοπό.
Σε όλα τα κλιματιστικά παρατήρησα ένα συνεχές βομβο - βουητό που περνούσε από την εξωτερική μονάδα μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Για κάποιους ίσως να είναι ενοχλητικό, για κάποιους όχι. Δοκίμασα τα αντικραδασμικα στις εξωτερικές μονάδες κ ως δια μαγείας αυτό το βουητό εξαφανίστηκε ευτυχώς!
Μία καλή επιλογή, αφού μιλάμε για μια μεγάλη εταιρεία στα κλιματιστικά, με eurovent.
Ωστόσο χρειάζεται σωστή εγκατάσταση καθώς κ τα αντικραδασμικά για ένα καλό τελικό αποτέλεσμα.

24000 btu. It loses one star due to the size of the indoor unit. It replaced an old General Electric 18000 btu and it didn't fit. The indoor unit was about 7 inches taller. And the outdoor unit is a beast, I have it on the balcony downstairs. Otherwise, it performs very well, it heats up a 50-square-meter open space perfectly and quickly. It has Wi-Fi and can be easily controlled through a mobile application. I don't have an opinion on the consumption yet, but according to the product specifications, it seems to be an economical solution. What others say about creaking and noise doesn't exist for us, it's fine. I suppose it also has to do with the good installation. Overall, we are satisfied.
24000 btu. Το ένα αστέρι το χάνει λόγω διάστασης της εσωτερικής μονάδας. Αντικατέστησε ένα παλιό General Electric 18000 btu και δεν χώραγε. Η εσωτερική μονάδα ήταν περίπου 7 πόντους πιο ψηλή. Και η εξωτερική μονάδα θηρίο, την έχω στο μπαλκόνι κάτω. Κατά τ αλλά πολύ καλή στην απόδοση, σε open space χώρο περίπου 50τετραγωνικα το θερμαίνει άψογα και γρήγορα. Έχει Wi-Fi και ρυθμίζεται εύκολα από εφαρμογή στο Κινητό. Από κατανάλωση δεν έχω ακόμη άποψη, αλλά από τα στοιχεία του δελτίου προϊόντος φαίνεται να είναι οικονομική λύση. Αυτό που λένε άλλοι για τρίξιμο και θόρυβο σε εμάς δεν υπάρχει, είναι μια χαρά. Υποθέτω έχει να κάνει και με την καλή τοποθέτηση. Γενικά είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι.
It was installed in an office measuring 4m x 3.5m with moderate insulation. Its plastic parts only make noise during startup for 1 minute and then it is quiet. The outdoor unit makes moderate (not annoying) noise with closed windows. The heat quality is not satisfactory. The space reaches 24 degrees in about 90 minutes with an internal temperature of 20 degrees and >70% humidity, an external temperature of 10 degrees and >90% humidity. It performs well in cooling. With an external temperature of 28 degrees and 75% humidity, it brings the space to 23 degrees in 35 minutes, selecting a temperature of 24.

I chose the Midea because, speaking with technicians, they assured me that you can find any spare part you want at very good prices. Overall, I consider this to be a value for money choice.
The 24000btu cools an 80 square meter house with a terrace on top, with moderate insulation and losses from the windows. If placed in a strategic location, it cools the whole house easily and relatively quickly.
The outdoor and indoor units, although large in size (check the dimensions before buying to arrange the space), are quite silent. They are not like something Mitsubishi where you forget that you have it turned on, but the price difference is around 800 euros...
Pay attention to the installation, the 24,000btu units require a socket with a 16-amp fuse that has nothing else connected to it. Also, due to its size, it is better to place the outdoor unit on a balcony, with a base on the floor. It is better to have a technician come earlier to see the space and calculate how many meters of copper pipe will be needed. The cost of installation can vary significantly due to the high cost of materials (copper pipes indicative price 25 euros per meter).
Overall, I recommend it, it is a very good machine.
Επέλεξα τη midea γιατί μιλώντας με τεχνικούς με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι βρίσκεις άμεσα ότι ανταλλακτικό θέλεις σε πολύ καλές τιμές, γενικά θεωρώ το συγκεκριμένο μια value for money επιλογή.
24000btu δροσίζει ένα σπίτι 80 τετραγωνικών με ταράτσα από πάνω, με μέτρια μόνωση και απώλειες από τα κουφώματα. Αν τοποθετηθεί σε στρατηγικό σημείο δροσίζει όλο το σπίτι εύκολα και σχετικά γρήγορα.
Οι μονάδες εξωτερική και εσωτερική, αν και μεγάλες στο μέγεθος (δείτε τις διαστάσεις πριν το πάρετε για να κανονίσετε το χώρο), είναι αρκετά αθόρυβες, δεν είναι σαν κάτι Mitsubishi που ξεχνάς ότι το έχεις αναμμένο, αλλά οι διαφορές στα χρήματα είναι γύρω στα 800 ευρώ...
Προσοχή στην τοποθέτηση, τα 24αρια χρειάζονται πρίζα με 16αρα ασφάλεια που να μην έχει τίποτα άλλο πάνω, επίσης η εξωτερική μονάδα λόγω μεγέθους είναι καλύτερο να τοποθετηθεί σε κάποιο μπαλκόνι, με βάση στο πάτωμα. Καλύτερα να έρθει να δει τον χώρο ένας τεχνικός νωρίτερα για να υπολογίσετε πόσα μέτρα χαλκοσωλήνα θα χρειαστεί, το κόστος της τοποθέτησης μπορεί να διαφέρει αρκετά εξαιτίας του υψηλού πλέον κόστους των υλικών (χαλκοσωλήνες ενδεικτική τιμή 25 ευρώ το μέτρο).
Γενικά το συστήνω, πολύ καλό μηχάνημα.

It should be noted that the house is two-story, separated by a saloon-type door and as you can understand it does not seal, the heat comes down from upstairs, there is also the kitchen and a WC next to the living room. So we are talking about a space of about 80 sq m and with old wooden frames with many losses. I have nothing else to say, I had trusted the company for years (because it manufactures for another 20 brands) but now it has become my favorite. Three years warranty and ten years on the compressor. Ημουνα σε διλλημα καθοτι το σαλονι ειναι 35 τμ σε συνεχεια ειναι το γραφειο μου περιπου 12 τμ (διαγωνια) και στη μεση εβαζα εναν ανεμιστηρα για να το δροσιζω.Οι περισσοτεροι ειπαν οτι χρειαζομαι 18000 btu ακομα και ο ψυκτικος που το εγκατεστησε.Το αντιστοιχο 18αρι εχει διπλη καταναλωση στη θερμανση οποτε το απερριψα.
Λογω του οτι δεν ηθελα εγκατασταση μεχρι τωρα ειχα ενα απο τα πιο εξελιγμενα φορητα κλιματιστικα (inventor 12000 btu) αλλα καταλαβα οτι λογω του οτι δεν γεμιζε το χωρο το ειχα συνεχεια στους 17 για ψυξη και εκαιγε παρα πολυ ρευμα 1350 watt
Αντιθετα το midea καιει μεγιστη 1000 watt στην ψυξη,αμεσως πεφτει στα 700 και μετα στα 400 και σε ζητουμενη θερμοκρασια 27 και ανεμιστηρα στο αυτοματο σημερα εκαιγε για 5 ωρες 160 με 180 watt ολα αυτα με μετρητη πριζας.Ο αερας ειναι πολυ φρεσκος γενικα αλλαζει την ατμοσφαιρα του σπιτιου,σταματησαμε τα φτερνισματα ειναι εντελως αθορυβο κι εγω πλεον στο γραφειο μου εχω μισο με ενα βαθμο παραπανω απο οτι στο σαλονι.Ολα αυτα σε 35+12τμ με 12000 btu.Σημειωτεον οτι το σπιτι ειναι διωροφο,χωριζει με μια πορτα τυπου σαλουν και οπως καταλαβαινετε δεν σφραγιζει κατεβαινει η ζεστη απο πανω,υπαρχει επισης διπλα απο το σαλονι η κουζινα κι ενα wc.Oποτε μιλαμε για ενα χωρο περι τα 80 τμ και με ξυλινα παλια κουφωματα με πολλες απωλειες.Δεν εχω να πω τιποτε αλλο ειχα εμπιστοσυνη στην εταιρια εδω και χρονια (γιατι κανει φασον για αλλες 20 φιρμες) αλλα τωρα εγινε η αγαπημενη μου.Τρια χρονια εγγυηση και δεκα χρονια στο συμπιεστη.Στα συν εκτος την οριζοντια περσιδα εχει και καθετες οι οποιες ρυθμιζονται ανεξαρτητα απο την οριζοντια,λειτουργια clean για καθαρισμα απο μικροβια μυκητες κλπ,επισης πολυ βολικη και πληρης εφαρμογη στο κινητο με παρακολουθηση live της θερμοκρασιας του χωρου.Επειδη διαβαζω για θορυβους εξωτερικης μοναδας κλπ θα πω οτι ειλιρκινα δεν ακουγεται,προσεξτε καλα στην εγκατασταση προσεξτε να εχει 3 μετρα σωληνες,προσεξτε να εχει αντλια κενου πριν το βαλει να δουλεψει ο ψυκτικος.Αγορα στα 389 ευρω.
In a 46m2 living room/kitchen + room without thermal insulation and with a pilot below, it easily raises the temperature to 22-23°C. The consumption is low as it is only 900w. Απο κατανάλωση μικρη καθως ειναι 900w μονο.
Δεν το δουλεψα καλοκαίρι ακόμη αλλα φαντάζομαι οτι δεν προβληματίζεται.
