Woolley's Wi-Fi smart wall switches use the same eWeLink cloud platform and eWeLink app as the Sonoff TX switch series, so they are fully compatible with Sonoff devices.
The Woolley WiFi switch is special because the radar motion detector behind the touch panel detects even the slightest movement. Based on the detected movement, it can turn the lamp (or another electrical device) on or off and/or send a notification to the smartphone. Woolley uses the eWeLink app and platform, so Woolley products can be used with the eWeLink app along with Sonoff, SmartWise, and KingArt switches.
This is the 2-gang version with a white glass touch panel (frameless), similar to the Sonoff TX T1 series.
It is equipped with a stylish, frameless white glass panel with a touch switch. Thanks to the built-in WiFi chip, the eWeLink app running on a smartphone with iOS (Apple) or Android with an internet connection allows you to remotely control the switch's on/off state and set up scheduled on/off times. You can also share remote access with family members.
The Woolley Wi-Fi smart switch does not include an RF receiver, so it cannot be paired with RF wireless switches.
There are 4 available operational modes, which can be set in the eWeLink app:
- Turn off motion detector. The switch operates as a normal WiFi smart switch, without activation based on motion detection.
- Motion detection mode: the switch turns on when motion is detected, and turns off if no motion is detected after a set period.
- Energy-saving mode: if the switch is turned on manually, and no motion is detected for the adjustable time, it turns off.
- Push notification mode: the radar motion detector sends a notification to the eWeLink app (on the smartphone) without turning the switch on or off.
The Woolley switch with a motion detector can be set in temporary or toggle activation mode or set for automatic switch-off.
