Since 2017 I am an iqos smoker. I have used all the company's products, all the flavors from iqos/terea, and I decided to try Veev as well since the terea flavors I use (mauve wave and willow) are being discontinued due to European directive/law.
Trying Veev Now, which is the equivalent of Veev for single use, I would say it is at least decent in terms of inhalation, flavor, and it is very smooth on the throat (no pinch or coughing no matter how strong of a puff I take), while at the same time, you can take good strong puffs that you can feel just fine.
Now, I consider Iqos Veev to be a mockery and truly a shame for a company that has such a history. With a regular puff, you feel ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It's like smoking straw, no flavor. On the other hand, trying to take a very strong puff, all I manage to do is create a strong pinch (in a negative sense) in my throat and make me cough on the spot. The review I am making truly, believe me, has nothing to do with my personal taste/palate. The product objectively is unacceptable, it is not an electronic cigarette and it also has ABSOLUTELY NO CONNECTION to Veev Now (the single-use electronic device) which, as I said, is quite decent. I have no idea why they give it the same name. Someone would think that Veev Now could serve as a "advertisement" for someone to try approximately what the veev experience is like and then get the regular device, but it is not at all like that.

I would give 7/10 stars to Veev Now and 0/10 stars to Iqos Veen. Just avoid this product. It does not reflect in the slightest the trust that this company may inspire in regards to its other products.
Also, I feel sorry for the people at the call center who have to promote this monstrosity. Unacceptable. AVOID IT!

I am very surprised by all the negative comments. I believe that it is a very good device and overall the vaping experience it offers is on another level. The only downside for me is that there are no nicotine gradations in the pods. For me, 18mg is too much and it bothers me a bit in the throat. I hope they release pods soon with less nicotine.

I bought the device for €15 along with 4 pods from a physical store.. they told me that if I am not satisfied, I can return the device, so far so good..
I try the device, it doesn't pull, it takes a long time to puff, it is tasteless, generally disappointing..
I took it back and they told me of course you can return it and you will get the value of the device €3!!!!!!!!!!!
I called the headquarters and they confirmed it to me and that it is stated in the terms of use.. I said that I bought it from a physical store and that no one informed me.. in the end, I threw €15 in the trash!!! Terrible, prefer something else!

The biggest negative about the product is that you are vaping air!! The instructions that come with the product are incomplete, it does NOT state that the company does not accept refunds after 1 month nor that the pods are NOT returnable. The terms of use found on the company's website are INCOMPLETE, they do NOT state that the pods are NOT returnable. UNRELIABLE both the product and the company.

Total disaster... I expected more from the iqos.. Quality device, good but that's it.. It produces very little vapor.. Heavy flavors resulting in throat irritation with every puff.. I won't even comment on the flavors.. All very mediocre.. A waste of 25 euros.. What a shame

The app for iOS does not exist, but still on Android you have to go to an IQOS store to activate your account by verifying that you are 18+ with an ID.

Expensive consumables with no choice in nicotine and not very good flavors.

I expected much more from the iqos electronic device....!! It's not bad, but it doesn't offer anything more than the others. First of all, the tobacco flavors are not tobacco-like. They have a chemical taste that we also find in other electronics like Vuse. A major disadvantage is that they only have one nicotine content, which is 18mg (1.6%). This is good for someone who just quit smoking, but for other vapers, it is excessive and annoying! The device turns off by itself after a while, and if you want to take a puff, you have to turn it back on. Finally, the capsules cost 6 euros for 3 ml, which is excessive when you consider that you can buy other e-cigarette liquids for 3 to 5 euros for 10 ml. Another device that will go to recycling.........!

I bought the device for €15 along with 4 pods from a physical store.. they told me that if I am not satisfied, I can return the device, so far so good..
I try the device, it doesn't pull, it takes a long time to puff, it is tasteless, generally disappointing..
I took it back and they told me of course you can return it and you will get the value of the device €3!!!!!!!!!!!
I called the headquarters and they confirmed it to me and that it is stated in the terms of use.. I said that I bought it from a physical store and that no one informed me.. in the end, I threw €15 in the trash!!! Terrible, prefer something else!

The biggest negative about the product is that you are vaping air!! The instructions that come with the product are incomplete, it does NOT state that the company does not accept refunds after 1 month nor that the pods are NOT returnable. The terms of use found on the company's website are INCOMPLETE, they do NOT state that the pods are NOT returnable. UNRELIABLE both the product and the company.
