Stay away. Slow response and inability to utilize internet speed via WiFi resulting in problematic 4k streaming. On a 300 Mbps line it gets 50 while my phone gets 300 at the same spot as the TV. Nice panel but the ridiculous processor combined with the small RAM and poor network card make it good only for display. Sound is also terrible.

New house, we wanted a big screen. For its money it is very good. I only use it to switch to playstation and that takes 5 seconds since opening the TV. After you switch to PS5 then lag goes away since you use PS5 compute power.

The television overall had good picture quality, nice sound, and its positive aspect was that it had Google TV, which is hard to find with these features at this price. Unfortunately, its menu was relatively slow, but you can't have it all at this price. Two to three days after activation, white spots were noticed in the middle of the screen when viewed from a closer distance (not visible from the couch). It was sent back and a refund was issued as it was determined by the service that it was defective. After reading that TCL does not have a representation in Greece, we did not attempt to purchase the same or another TCL. However, at the current price of €470, I definitely would not prefer it, as the new Hisense (€499) that we purchased is far superior in picture quality and has a faster menu response, even if it is vidaa and not Google Play.

I made a purchase of TCL 65 Qled based on comments for simple use and a little bit of gaming with the PS. I will have it in 3 days. Can someone with a 65-inch one tell us about it?

Although it has Google Play, you cannot install all applications, as it does not even display them. Neither Chrome nor Firefox, for example. And even if you install them manually, they do not run.

For the money, it's very good.
I don't know if compared to other QLEDs of much higher value, it's inferior in image quality, but compared to LCDs of the same cost, it's superior with a noticeable difference in image quality.

I didn't know the company and had no opinion. I went to a German and they highly recommended this TV. 1) It has slow response to commands. 2) It doesn't have the option for digital channels to watch old episodes. It's affordable but seems like a 10-year-old TV.

With my eyes closed! The television is incredible... I've had it for 3-4 months. Perfect picture and sound.

For those who want it for gaming with next-gen consoles, it has the ability to display 120 fps from the settings. (It understands on its own with the ps5 and adjusts, I don't know about xbox)

I haven't found anything negative about it so far.

Coming from the TCL model in c725 which broke, I switched to this c635 model and the image is amazing, especially if you watch a 4K movie. Otherwise, with Greek channels that are barely HD, it can't be fully utilized sometimes on a 4K TV.

    2. The sound is very good with crystal clear audio and good bass. You don't need to turn it up past 18 unless you're deaf.

    3. It has endless functions in terms of functionality, including a ton of movies from the TCL channel.

    4. When you get it, adjust the screen to your liking and at first it may be slow until it receives the necessary upgrades in the first few days that you connect it to the internet. Compared to other brands, it's half the price!

Excellent picture quality as it is QLED.
Decent sound, at least for everyday use.
Major issue: Slow menu. It's slower than 4-year-old TVs.
Tcl could have done better instead of adding unnecessary features like two remote controls. They should have used a faster processor instead.

Very nice image, but you need to spend 30-40 minutes adjusting it. It has vibrant colors and very good blacks! The sound could be a bit louder, but it is of good quality for a TV. Its menu is like an Android TV, so it requires a little bit of getting used to. It is worth every penny and more!!! A very good choice.

    The 55-inch was purchased for 499 minus 125 euros. So it's 374.
There is nothing better for this money.

Visually, it is a decoration with small bezels.

It's not Sony, but it has a very decent qled panel and very honest onkyo speakers.
From the settings, I got something intelligent picture, audio, etc., I adjusted the brightness, contrast, sharpness a bit, and I had a nice result.

The upscale in the native content satisfies me, it's quite nice in 4K content.

It doesn't have very good viewing angles due to the VA panel, but I knew that from the beginning.

The operating system is quite fast (first experience with Google TV). Nice to have 2 remote controls, and one of them is Bluetooth.

It's nice to have the option to turn off the screen and play only the sound.

Now, the durability over time remains to be seen.

I bought the TCL 65C635 65" 8 days ago for 595 euros. I got it for movies and the colors are great, the sound is amazing, but the build quality is mediocre. Normal power consumption is around 70-90 W, and it comes with 2 remote controls that work fine. Overall, I haven't heard great things about TCL, but I think I made a good purchase for the price.

Update: After having it for a month, I'm very satisfied. It reads subtitles (for those who have trouble and get Chinese characters), the solution is to save them in UNIX-LINUX format instead of Windows. This way, they play without any problems.

It is a masterpiece, just one step below the OLED I have. I received it yesterday and as a mom, the settings are great. In terms of 4K resolution, it exceeds expectations and has subtitle synchronization. It's worth it and it's a steal compared to more well-known brands. Anyone who gets it will be satisfied. It's super, up to 120Hz from 55 and above.

after 3 months there was an insect wandering on the screen and after 2 years, as soon as the warranty expired, the LEDs burned out and of course there was no service and the repair cost was half the price! STAY AWAY

Excellent in every sense of the word! I have had it for 1 month and the picture is worth every penny! If the brand was Samsung, the same TV would definitely cost over 1000€!!!! I highly recommend it without hesitation

A very good choice that doesn't fall short in anything compared to triple-priced options. It fully covers our needs for games, series, and music. We bought it for 500€. TCL is still somewhat underrated in Greece.
