These autobiographical memories, written in collaboration with journalist-author Makis Provatas, provide a brief description of the popularization and dissemination of science in Greece and abroad. It is the kind of activity that I have been engaged in for the past half century. This book is not an autobiography in the classical sense, as it is limited to certain significant milestones in my life, with the main focus being on popularization, which is described by both myself and the people who participated in it. Particularly those related to my international activities in the dissemination of science abroad, which are largely unknown. And it is this activity that may be my most important contribution to international astronomical education, as I have been a direct witness to its evolution and because from the very beginning, this has been my main interest in the field of Astrophysics.

The basic elements of the entire description were based on the endless telephone conversations I had with Makis during our lockdown due to the pandemic and later on. And here I must admit that, despite my initial concerns, those conversations and Makis' exploratory questions led me to recall events that I had almost forgotten or considered not so important, while I remembered people in a way that showed me they had more value in my life than I thought. And all this for a life that, looking at it again through this new perspective of the last three years of the health adventure I am facing, shines somewhat differently inside me, brighter, more radiant.
