I bought it brand new on February 8th: 3 operating modes. The first 2 were useless - they would easily touch the clothes - the 3rd one would stick to the clothes (cotton), it would take the color from one and transfer it to the others. So, I could only iron one piece of clothing at a time because in between I had to clean the plate. Which it wouldn't clean... Only with a special eraser.
On April 19th, I returned it to the store. They sent me to the service center. From there, they sent it to the severin service center ('BERSON SARAFIDIS', Athens). It has been in the service center for 43 days!! One and a half months!! Eventually, I asked for a refund or credit. Because I needed the iron for the past 4 months. It didn't work for half of that time, and the other half it's been in the service center. Now I'm moving, it's completely useless to me. I'm still waiting for my -lost- money.
