Ισχύουν και τα δυο. Μέσα στην τσάντα έχει ένα καλώδιο USB που μπορείς να συνδέσεις την power bank και εξω απο την τσαντα εχει μια επισης μικρη θυρα USB για να συνδεσεις εκει το κινητο σου αλλα με το δικο σου καλωδιο
