Seaweed oil is extensively used to treat cellulite and local thickness, as its high iodine content appears to have beneficial effects in these specific cases.

It can be used either alone or in combination with other carrier oils for even better results. Finally, it is important to know that carrier oils are essential in aromatherapy to serve as the "carrier" to which essential oils are added.
