Description

The Viking TF-01 is a multi-purpose home exercise equipment suitable for upper body training for both beginners and advanced users. It is ideal for training arms, torso, and abs. It is equipped with 8 levels of height adjustment as well as width adjustment of the pull-up bar. Additionally, it features handles for dip exercises, as well as hooks for attaching straps to perform a variety of exercises for greater results. It can be used for pull-ups, dips, leg raises for abs, chest presses, and push-ups, providing you with a wide range of exercises.

Adjustable length forearm supports

The armrests are adjustable in 4 positions selected according to the user's arm length.
Additionally, they feature an ergonomic 9-degree inward tilt for better support.

The base adopts an H-type design and is equipped with 4 wide non-slip rubber plugs.
It adheres firmly to the ground and protects it from scratches.

Leather back & elbow pad

The assembly of the machine definitely requires two people, but if you are three, the job becomes easier, although it is still a bit time-consuming. As a construction, it is stable when doing pull-ups, but the ab pad and the other two bars that connect the machine at the feet are a bit annoying. In my opinion, the pull-up bar should be further away from the bars, meaning it should be longer, because many people can't do straight pull-ups and their legs go forward to finish the pull-up, so if it was a bit longer, it would be better. Also, it creaks a bit on one side. As for the dips, the machine is fine; I haven't added any weights yet (I weigh 80 kg). In general, the machine is not for tall people (I am 1.75m) because then the ab pad won't be comfortable for them. Also, in the first month, the plastic around the screw that adjusts the height of the pull-up bar broke, but I can still turn it with a screwdriver. But overall, the workout is decent.

So here we go
Positive
1) Easy to move, doesn't take up much space.
2) Very beautiful, nice and delicate construction.
3) Quite sturdy construction, I would say.
4) The pulls are done smoothly without any creaking or movement. My significant weight is 90 kg and the maximum weight I have added is 40 kg without any problem in the swing.
5) The dips are the same, the handles are a bit hard, after a while your hands may hurt, but without any problem. I can add weight normally. So far, I have added 50 kg and there is no problem.
Negative
1) When doing pulls with weights, the discs or blades get stuck on the abdominal cushion during the ascent, making it impossible to do the exercise correctly. So you have to remove the cushion, which is held by two screws. Otherwise, everything is fine.
2) The cushions placed on the hands and back are a bit hard, resulting in slight discomfort in those areas after many repetitions.
These are the current issues. Time will tell. I will come back after a long period of time and tell you if it's worth it. However, at first glance, it is worth the money.
3) AND one last thing, the position of the abdominal cushion is too short for tall athletes over 185 cm, resulting in the exercise not being performed correctly and the abdominal exercise becoming difficult.
P.S.
The monopod only goes up, meaning it can only be adjusted up and down. It doesn't have any other adjustments!
