    Very nice quality and excellent finish. It is not mentioned in the description on Scroutz that it is advanced, if your core is not trained you cannot climb it at all. The issue is slightly improved if you put a yoga mat underneath. If you are a beginner, ideally you should get the corresponding one from the company that has stops on the edges of the board and is not curved. If you get used to it, it is one of the most beautiful and fun ways to exercise at home.
