As you stand on it, you work the lower body muscles, while you can perform exercises such as push ups and plank for the upper body. Additionally, it allows you to practice your balance skills outside of the water, making it ideal for surf enthusiasts.

It's lightweight, weighing just 2Kg, and doesn't take up much space, allowing you to take it everywhere with you. Its construction includes eucalyptus and 10-layer birch wood, while the roller is made of solid cork, with a maximum resistance of 150Kg.

    Very nice quality and excellent finish. It is not mentioned in the description on Scroutz that it is advanced, if your core is not trained you cannot climb it at all. The issue is slightly improved if you put a yoga mat underneath. If you are a beginner, ideally you should get the corresponding one from the company that has stops on the edges of the board and is not curved. If you get used to it, it is one of the most beautiful and fun ways to exercise at home.
