Έχει δύο mode λειτουργίας: 1) Range extender, 2) Access point. Το δεύτερο είναι αυτό που χρειάζεσαι. Στο πρώτο συνδέεται στο υπάρχον ασύρματο δίκτυο και το επεκτείνει.

Εγώ το έχω συνδέσει σε δίκτυο από δύο AVM. Δεν συμπληρώνει το mesh των δύο άλλων (AVM Fritz!Repeater 6000 και FRITZ!Box 7590 AX) - μόνο μεταξύ AVM δουλεύει έτσι - αλλά ως extender κάνει πολύ καλή δουλειά (επέκταση σε άλλον όροφο). Έτσι γλίτωσα powerlines κλπ. Το wifi 6 γενικά είναι καταπληκτικό.
