Drink it for 3 months and more, didn't do much, just buy legofer(liquid iron) from pharmacy and finish the story. Sorry don't throw money on this

It is said to be the best in its category, I have used it before in the past, when my hematocrit was dropping, just like now! One star less only because it is Huge haha!! At least it is one pill a day and the packaging is much better than the box for me, each pill is individually in a blister pack!!

The best I have ever tried. I have always had very low iron, with this product in one month it increased to levels I have never had before. I let my body rest for 1 month and now I am starting it again. I have not noticed any side effects.

I would like to ask if a person with a thyroid problem can take it. Because I saw in the ingredients that it contains spirulina.

It does a great job because it has 85mg, but unfortunately the tablet is huge and not easy to swallow at all!!!

For me, it is the only iron supplement that had results without side effects and in a short period of time, while I have tried many. My wife uses them. Clearly much better tablets compared to regular iron ones. Take them for one (1) month. Then as needed. Check based on Fe and ferritin levels. She had tried almost all the brands from the pharmacy. She started it after a recommendation from a family friend. This is the third time she has purchased it. It should not be taken for a long period of time, as iron becomes toxic to the body. The rest, I rated accordingly.

Great constipation..requires 200-300mg of iron daily to increase hematocrit and ferritin stores and not just a pill that the box writes..awesome product in ingredients and proportions..
