The new educational book Modern Greek for the 2nd Grade of Lyceum - Theory and Teaching Proposals for the Unified Examination of Modern Greek Language and Literature is a comprehensive teaching proposal targeted at the new evaluation method [Government Gazette 4134/09/09/2021] and the material from the Graded Difficulty Subject Bank.

It is organized into two (2) axes:

Modern Greek Language and Literature: The Theory [examples, applications, and exercises drawn from texts in the Subject Bank], structured into the four (4) topics of the Unified Examination Test:

• The First Topic

1st sub-question: Informative comprehension question or Summary of views

2nd sub-question: The organization of speech

3rd sub-question: The language of the text

• The Second Topic: Speech production
• The Third Topic: The language of the literary text
• The Fourth Topic: Interpretive commentary & Personal response to the literary text

Forty (40) Teaching Proposals and twenty (20) Thematic Units. Each Teaching Proposal is organized based on the Texts from the Subject Bank and includes:

• Proposed theory – Focus points
• Evaluation Criterion [40 in total]
• Exercises / Applications in the proposed theory [400 in total]
