I bought two 12,000 BTU air conditioners at 265 each. Normally I would have spent a little more money to get something better, but I read the reviews and decided to trust them. One was placed in a 25 sq.m. room and the other in a 15 sq.m. room.
In short:
- It is definitely not silent. The indoor unit makes some noise even at the lowest setting. It's not particularly annoying but it's definitely not silent.
- I wasn't impressed with the cooling. I tested it in April at 23 degrees. I set it to 16 and left it for half an hour. Based on the reviews I read, it should have turned the room into a refrigerator. It didn't make it a fridge, but it cooled it down. The issue is that at 23 degrees outside, it should have made us cold inside the room. I will update in June when the real heat starts.
- The control is terrible. The buttons on it don't even respond to the air conditioner's functions.
In summary: I wouldn't buy it again. The price we bought them at was indeed ridiculous, but with a little more money we could have bought a tested Tesla.
For me, it's not worth it
Αγορασα δυο 12αρια στα 265 το καθενα. Κανονικα θα εδινα λιγα παραπανω χρηματα να παω σε κατι καλυτερο αλλα διαβασα τα σχολιο και ειπα να τα εμπιστευθω. Το ενα τοποθετηθηκε σε δωματιο 25 τ.μ. και το αλλο σε 15 τ.μ.
Εν ολιγοις:
- Αθορυβο σιγουρα δεν ειναι. Η εσωτερικη μοναδα ακομα και στον πιο χαμηλο κανει καποιο θορυβο. Δεν ειναι ιδιαιτερα ενοχλητικο αλλα σιγουρα δεν ειναι αθορυβο
- Απο ψυξη δεν εχω εντυπωσιαστει. Το δοκιμασα μεσα στον Απριλη με 23 βαθμους. Το εβαλα στους 16 και το αφησα για μιση ωρα. Με βαση τα σχολια που διαβασα θα επρεπε να εχει κανει το δωματιο ψυγειο. Ψυγειο λοιπον δεν το εκανε αλλα το δροσισε. Το θεμα ειναι οτι με 23 βαθμους εξω θα επρεπε να μας κανει να κρυωνουμε μεσα στο δωματιο. Θα επανελθω με update τον Ιουνιο που θα αρχισουν οι πραγματικες ζεστες.
- Το κοντρολ ειναι αθλιο. Και τα πληκτρα που εχει πανω του δεν ανταποκρινονται καν στις λειτουργιες του κλιματιστικου.
Συνοπτικα: Δεν θα το ξανα αγοραζα. Η τιμη που τα αγορασαμε ηταν μεν εξευτελιστικη αλλα με λιγα λεφτα παραπανω θα μπορουσαμε να παρουμε Tesla που ειναι δοκιμασμενα.
