If you have problems with flies in the yard, get it yesterday! They stick to it as soon as you place it in the area. I put it in the yard because they were attacking my dog... It was full of flies within two hours.

Ineffective and the worst part is that the glue it has doesn't come off at all afterwards. I wouldn't recommend it for any reason, but if you buy it, only use it hanging.

  • I bought 4-5 different traps. It is by far the most effective. It's not that I see a dramatic decrease in population, but when you roll it every week because the surface is filled, you realize it couldn't get any better. I will probably buy 3-4 more once the roll is finished to hang them and make the job even better.

Basically, it is a roll of relatively durable paper that has a very strong adhesive on one side. You can hang it or cut it and stick it somewhere (turning it towards itself to stick to the surface you want).

It doesn't have anything that attracts insects, only adhesive, but it will trap anything that accidentally touches it. So it is important to find the right placement.

Its adhesive is so strong that if it touches your hand, it is difficult to remove it yourself. Even with a lot of alcohol or soap, it does not dissolve. Contrary to what it says, each exposed piece will keep its adhesive strong for a few days, at most 5 from what I have seen... when this happens, you throw it away along with whatever it has trapped on it and you can place a new one.

It is incomparably easier to use if you hang it somewhere and simply pull-unroll as much as you need. I can't do that where I need to place it and I have to cut a piece to stick without the cylinder, and that is much more difficult.

Finally, this will not eliminate an insect problem. It will never stop all the insects that may exist. But it contributes to a drastic reduction in their activity.
