Tasting characteristics: A tribute to the character created by Charles Dickens, whose favorite drink was "pineapple rum." The peels of Victoria pineapples are infused into Plantation 3 Stars rum, which is further distilled. Separately, the fruit of the pineapple is infused into Plantation Original Dark rum. Both the distilled liquid and the fruit infusion are finally blended together, creating a rich and delicious pineapple bouquet, highlighted by smoky notes and clove. A rum with a rich and delicious bouquet, including smoky notes, tropical fruit aromas, pineapple, citrus peel, and a hint of clove. The palate opens with a structured, pleasant sensation of ripe banana, pineapple, and spices on a smoky finish.
